South Africa named 'clear leader' to host 2023 Rugby World Cup

The Rugby World Cup Limited Board has unanimously recommended to the World Rugby Council the selection of South Africa as RWC 2023 host. The final vote will take place on 15 November in London, where the recommendation will be taken into account. MORE »
