Martyn Williams describes Jamie Roberts' emotions as he missed the B&I Lions Tour cut

He couldn't seriously have thought that he would be included

Then again Halfpenny, Biggar and a few more of WGs boys probably didn't consider themselves contenders either

#ThrowbackThursday: Remember when Courtney Lawes decapitated Plisson?

can I ask how old everyone is on this thread. Reason being that when I played nobody was this size or this fast

#ThrowbackThursday: Remember when Courtney Lawes decapitated Plisson?

If you watch it again his body goes beyond the horizontal with the force of the hit and he lands/is driven head first

Stuart Hogg apologises after red card challenge on Dan Biggar

The red was deserved but I wonder if it was a Welsh player who hit a Scottish, would they have been soon keen to replay the incident on the big screen in slow motion, which is ultimately what got him sent off. And those that say he is not dirty I've seen a worrying trend with him in the past few seasons. The late hit, off the ball incidents have all crept into his game. Take the late hit on the first Welsh try scorer. By the way I am Scottish

The Top 5 Individual Tries of all time - Rugby HQ

Haw about Stuart Hogg' try against Italy. Must be the best because it was a 14 pointer. Italy would have been in under the posts if he hadn't plucked it out of the air. And before anyone says he was lucky to go for the intercept, look again at the video and you will see Laidlaw telling him to go for the other man as he felt he has the ball carrier covered. And by the way the one Hogg scored against the English Saxons for Scotland A was just as good. Both are on youtube

USA Eagles have two players red carded in loss to Italy in Houston

Don't understand what the debate is in relation to the first tackle, its a very very late (yellow card offence), shoulder charge, (another yellow card offence), more akin to american football and there is a clear intention to hurt. It can only be a red card.

The second one, I'm not sure about but red or yellow, its on a knife-edge
