Scotland go two from two as they beat the Flying Fijians

I don't mind it so much. I lived 4 years in an Indian Ocean island near India and grew quite attached to my friends there. I would have gladly played for the national team (if I had had any ounce of a good level of play). People tend to get attached to the place they live, so it doesn't shock me so much.

Though rugby is probably the only sport where this makes any sense (at amateur club level we trade players with other teams sometimes - and look at the Northern Irish and Irish players, reunited under the same jersey).

Junior World Championship 2012 - Day Three Highlights

A nice 100 meter 3rd try by France vs Australia (starting at 3:13).

Junior World Championship 2012 - Day Two Highlights

I think that what makes the ABs particularly good at what they do, is that they play flowing rugby in a country where it rains a lot. Mud is a different matter though ...

Wallabies hold off Welsh fightback to claim win in Brisbane

I also think that Priestland is another one of those "10s who should be first center". He seems to have some ability ball in hand, but his territorial kicking in the past few games has been more than questionable. Better put Hook at 10.

The All Blacks turn it on at Eden Park with big win over Ireland

Now that the world cup is over, now that the unpleasant business of French-bashing in the NZ press, and of NZ-bashing in just about every Northern forum, it's good to be reminded why the All-Blacks are such a formidable force. AB players are probably selected according to their capacity to repeat an "I will destroy you" motto. Not for their technical skills alone, which as we all know are abundant.
One example: at 10-3, the Irish kicked to touch about 30m from goal, instead of going for a 3-point penalty. The following maul failed (poor choice by the scrum-half to release the ball too early while the maul was well-formed). A minute later, the ABs get a penalty 30m from the Irish goal-line... and they also kick to touch, because they are thinking, at that moment, "Oh so you thought you could slip one past us with sheer forward power, well you though wrong because WE-WILL-DESTROY-YOU."
I think this is why France is the only Northern team that can (sometimes) stand up to the ABs. The French are all revolutionaries-at-hear and thus hate being told what to do (which is also why they lack discipline and nearly had a mutiny against Lièvremont during the world cup).
Watch out Ireland, if you don't get angry and revolt, the ABS will DESTROY YOU again and again.

Vincent Clerc's incredible try saving tackle on Max Evans

Actually in the Top14 the video ref can comment on anything happening 5m from the try line.

The Beast's power saves Anton Bresler from disaster, twice

Excellent idea!!
Another question, is it illegal to climb on another player's shoulders? If not then surely a two-week training with the Shanghai Gymnastic Club would help the Sharks form a human tower (with the Beast and the Du Plessis brothers at the bottom) to prevent their opponent's converted kicks from going through the posts.
