Delon Armitage suspended for dangerous tackle on Chris Paterson

The problem is we are all watching something that happen at pace in slow motion. you cant fairly make a decision when looking back on it at this speed. Of course it looks bad, when i saw it during the game I thought nothing in it bad timing and a good offload. but in slow motion it looks like a ban.

The Taking Down of Jamie Roberts - Part 2

agree, happy to watch almost anything to do with rugby, and a fan of Jamie Roberts. But the host almost makes it unwatchable

Cian Healy's hit on Quade Cooper in Auckland

Love the idea that Cooper was probably thinking "oh look its a front row in front of me, time for a bit of fancy foot work, a little skip, maybe a stupid one handed, reverse pass (you aren't Sonny Bill Williams)... this will be easy"

Then Healy did what we all want to see done to Cooper even Australian fans at time. Cooper is a great player, but never has a phrase been more fitting, "there is a time and a place". When it works it looks great, but other teams can score without all that fancy rubbish, when it doesn't it looks stupid and put his team under pressure.

Paul Williams yellow carded for huge hit on Theuns Kotze

Tackle was clean and good. But I am sat at my computer watching it in slow motion. Wouldn't like to make that call if i was a ref

England's Courtney Lawes suspended for two weeks

Agree with HeavyHooker above it seems more that he hits into his body no the head. I wonder though if he back out of jumping the player as there is a camera man in the way. Though that would have made a great youtube video

Rugby World Cup Daily - Doping prevention

Agree, don't think its just my love of the sport that has made me one sided, but rugby has this image of being clean compared to others. Maybe its because just being big, quick or storng will not make you good a good rugby player, well not at international level anyway. Thats why sprinters and other sportmen have tried to cross sports and failed. There is more to the game that physical size etc. Yet there are internation players that could easily cross into other sports, winger that do the hundred in sub 10.5 and close to professional level of weigh lifting in forwards for example. Rugby has to be the ultimate sport.
