Davies was ball watching and cost the squad in the second test, so to say he had a fantastic tour its absolutely ridiculous. Depends on what you been by success they won the tour but they lost the spirit of the lions.

What? That was just a hell of a hit. Nothing wrong with that at all. The IRB agree and have said as much that the decision to sin bin him for that was wrong and I'm a neutral. Nothing in that.

sour grapes or what? Credit where it is due as all Irish fans did after the RWC 2011 quarter where Wales beat Ireland they were the better team that day. Ireland were Saturday and if having a go and back healing the ball into your hand while the ball goes behind you is average and consistently scoring hatricks is average then I cant wait till he reaches his peek.
By the way I am a Leinster fan and Zebo this year has been a revelation for Munster and was brilliant for Ireland so far. His commitment to defense against heaver opponent's was inspiring. He threw his body on the line in defense as did the entire Irish side during waves and waves of Welsh onslaught. I know you don't want to hear this but I was so impressed by Wales determination to come back and have a go.
And the Game was classic because it was the classic tale of two half and wales didn't give up the stormed back terrible reffing is right wales should have seen two yellow cards for professional fouls on there try line first half but Poite didn't give them because it would have killed the game off for Wales.
The only reason you are not calling it a classic is because your side didn't come out on top. That is the only reason, from a neutrals perspective it was a classic because of the will to have a go throw caution to the wind, free flow rugby. Well that is what I gathered from most neutrals who have posted on other sites.

I don't think bod shouldent be there untill he proves he should be in the 6 nations. How they coul leave cian healy out is a joke. Heaslip and o'brien need to up their game. To be considered the second rows will be intresting because all the sides have good 2nd row's. Its all well and good picking a side now but its the 6 nations that count. Besides bowe will misd the 6 nations with his injury so he is pretty much outa the lions runnin in my oppinion.

Well like it or not the decision Owens gave was wrong for the two reasons previously mentioned. He ruined a great match and the fact is Ireland for the last couple of years have been getting unfairly penalized and have been screwed out of matches by bad reffing decisions a lot the last two years that's a fact. All I want is consistency, Owens is a bit fast to go to the pocket for a card and his positional play at scrum time is appalling he does be on the wrong side of the scrum when his assistant can watch that side freeing him to look at the other side and perhaps he should stand a little back that way he can also watch the props bind and the two back rows still bound to the scrum.

It doesn't matter he turned him in the air and blame ref boss Paddy O'Brien he said zero tolerances for spears and gouging before the RWC started. Jamie Heaslip was given a red card in 2010 for kneeing MaCaw in the head 10 mins into the match. I have Complete respect for the Welsh they beat us well last week no complaints. I think Samoa were worthier quarter finalists than Eng or Fra and so were Ire it is a shame that Ire Wal wasn't the semi they both deserved it :(.

Look im focused on the Italy game now but I mean iv seen other episodes of this other teams and players get hit and been replayed. It would have looked good to have one tackle in the game it would looked respectable at least. And said and pretty much the same for the rest of the match and lightheartedly brushed it off that's all it would have taken. I have respect for the Aussies lots of it there team has licked there wounds and moved on. As we all must there is no point going on about the match it was last week. I just guess i was looking for a bit of humble pie to be eaten by both sides.I myself can be rather arrogant when Ireland play il admit to that. best of luck in the competition boys i mean that.

To be honest I knew they wouldn't focus on the Aussie game and its sad that they cant acknowledge the shortcomings and improve on it. But Im starting to loath he Aussie commentary and some of there pundits .
They can try hide the fact they lost but it wont do any good so stop making the excuses and make the adjustments and put something positive on this loss but all im hearing is a week on more bleeding excuses.
